En Alegra llevamos semanas preparando un plan de retorno para organizar una vuelta al colegio de forma segura. El equipo de dirección trabaja en un protocolo y guía de actuación que pondrá a disposición de familias, profesorado, alumnas y proveedores. Trabajamos este plan de retorno para la Fase 2 en base a estas premisas:

Seguridad y salud

Nuestra prioridad en estos momentos es la seguridad y salud de toda la comunidad educativa. Desde el día 11 de mayo, estamos llevando a cabo un plan de limpieza, desinfección y acondicionamiento de aulas y espacios dentro del colegio. No solo para cumplir con las medidas de distanciamiento que indiquen las autoridades sanitarias sino para que Alegra sea un sitio seguro para todas las personas que entren al campus.

Calidad académica

Uno de los factores clave de Alegra es ofrecer una alta calidad académica. Y eso lo que tenemos en mente a la hora de abordar cualquier medida con motivo de la crisis del coronavirus. Somos conscientes de que algunos de los procesos del colegio podrán modificarse, pero eso no afectará a los niveles de calidad académica requeridos en Alegra. Contamos para ello con un profesorado que ha demostrado un profundo compromiso y profesionalidad durante esta crisis para intentar llegar a cada alumno. Han sido nuestra “primera línea”.

Cuidando a cada familia

Cada familia y cada alumna es única y necesitan una atención personalizada. Más que nunca, en estos momentos estamos cerca de nuestras familias para intentar, en la medida de lo posible ofrecer lo mejor para la alumna. Somos conscientes de que, para algunas personas, esta crisis sanitaria también ha supuesto una crisis económica y tendremos en cuenta cada situación.

Agilidad e innovación

Por último, uno de los aprendizajes que hemos obtenido de esta crisis es el de saber actuar entre incertidumbre y escenarios cambiantes. La agilidad y la flexibilidad también han sido “asignaturas” muy importantes para todas nuestras alumnas y formarán parte de su curriculum de vida. El retorno al colegio nos requerirá seguir siendo ágiles y plantear alternativas creativas, innovadoras que den herramientas a nuestras alumnas para estar más preparadas para el futuro.

At Alegra we have been working intensely to design a Return to School Action Plan, for Phase 2, that caters to the health and safety needs of our families, students and staff. The Management Team is working on a protocol that effectively and consistently mitigates the risk of infection within the School. 

Health and Safety

The number one priority at Alegra today is the integral safeguard and health of our school community. Since the 11th of May, we have been carrying campus-wide deep cleaning and disinfection, as well as preparation and rearrangement of our classroom spaces. Not only to comply with the requirements of social distancing that the sanitary authorities demand, but to make Alegra a safe learning environment for everyone that comes to the school. 

Academic Standards and Quality

One of the key characteristics of Alegra is our High Academic Standards. That is our frame of reference to decide any health and safety measures. Some of the usual procedures of the School will be modified to face the challenges of the coronavirus crisis, but this will not lower Alegra’s Academic Standards and goals for our students. This is possible thanks to the commitment of our teaching staff, that during this time have shown their own professionalism and strength navigating the crisis with the students at the heart of everything they do. They have been our “front line” during the pandemic. 

Family Care

Each family and each student is unique. Each one requires tailormade care for their particular needs. More than ever, during this situation we’ve been closer to our families, striving to offer the best for them. We realize that for some families, this crisis has also meant a personal economic crisis, and we take each of their struggles into account. 

Innovation with a purpose

One of the learning points we’ve gain from the past weeks of crisis, is that of managing high levels of uncertainty and ever-changing scenarios. Adaptability and flexibility have been main “subjects” for our own students to learn, and those are going to be lifelong skills acquired during this situation. The Return Plan will require from Alegra consistent, agile and innovative solutions that give our students the tools to be ready for the future.
