To reach the high academic and personal standards that alegra devises for each student, the school has a teaching staff highly qualified and inspiring. The teachers know each student deeply, with the aim to motivate and help them reach their full potential according to their unique set of aptitudes. The Alegra Faculty is passionate for their work and above all they love guiding their students to achieve their goals.

At Alegra School, we inspire our students to become change agents. Innovation is rooted not only in the use of Information Technologies, but it is present in all subjects at school. One example of this is the Music Curriculum that takes on projects like the Opera Day or the Rock Bands in the Secondary Stage. Another innovative example is the Speech and Debate Program which approaches oratory rhetoric and critical thinking as a way for students to develop their arguments and articulate their voice. Innovation also means solidarity at Alegra with projects that enable the students to turn their ideas into realities with CAS, Alegra For Others among other.

The House spirit is strong at Alegra. Houses are a traditional component in British Schools, and at Alegra, the system is utilised for our students to work together and channel their efforts into the spirit of service to others.
