A team of 15 cooks prepares more than 1,200 meals every day for our pupils and teaching staff.

At Alegra, we see the school dining hall as an essential part of our students' holistic education. It is a space where, alongside enjoying nutritious meals, pupils develop healthy habits, independence and positive routines that contribute to their personal growth.
We work alongside professional nutritionists to design balanced, varied menus adapted to each educational stage, ensuring the nutritional intake needed for children's healthy physical and intellectual development.
Our in-house kitchen prepares more than 1,200 freshly made meals every day using high-quality ingredients and menus supervised by child nutrition specialists. In addition, we provide personalised attention to support different dietary needs, allergies and intolerances, giving families the peace of mind of knowing their children are well cared for in every aspect.
The Spanish Government has approved Real Decreto 315/2025, a new regulation that will establish updated standards for school meals across all educational centres.
The regulation applies to state, state-funded and independent schools offering dining services, from Early Years through to Sixth Form and Special Education.
Comes into effect: 16 Apr 2026
Schools have an adaptation period running until April 2027 to implement the required changes.
