Hands-on Learning: Infants Galery
At Infants, they are identifying and describing the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants, as part of their “Understanding the World” and “Science” subjects.
At Alegra we encourage experimentation, inquiry, and teamwork, for this, students from Lower Nursery to Year 2, class by class are planting different vegetables in a garden at school and they are learning and observing the growth of the vegetables they have planted.
As a personal objective for the students is learning about responsibility for taking care of their own vegetable garden and enjoying seeing them grow after all of our efforts and dedication.
